Today was my weigh in and it was kind of disappointing. I got on the scale with my little sweater and I gained .4lbs!!! So, she told me to take off my sweater--and I lost .2lbs! What the heck?!!? So from now I am weighing in with just shorts and a tshirt!
Okay, so I know last week was a really bad week for me; I felt it. I am still determined, I am not going to let myself slip into using more points then need be. How did everyone else do?

ReplyDeleteI had thought this was going to be a bad week for me because school started and the treats were flowing! The secretary at school outdid herself this year with her first-day back breakfast! Then, the next day, we had to go through professional development and snacks were all over, including bagels and donuts and candy! I succumbed to most of it. YET... I must have been good enough because I lost 1.5 pounds!!! Still, I will be vigilant this week. Yesterday, I ignored the treats at the business fair! :)
YAY!! 1.5lbs is AWESOME! Keep up the good work Ma!
